MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
TOLEDO, District Judge.
Petitioner filed a Motion for Reconsideration of an Order of this Court, dated July 12, 1971, denying a “Petition for redress and a Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificandum”, where the petitioner requested the Court to set aside a plea of guilty entered by him in the criminal proceedings to which he was a party and to vacate the sentence imposed in view of said guilty plea. Request to proceed in forma pauperis was granted and the motion is entertained as one filed under the provisions of Title 28, United States Code, Section 2255.
