GEER, Judge.
Defendant Robin Eugene Land appeals from his convictions of possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, delivery of marijuana, and being a habitual felon. Defendant primarily argues on appeal that the indictment for delivery of marijuana was insufficient because it did not allege either the weight of the marijuana or that defendant received remuneration for the delivery. Given the language of the statute setting out the offense, we hold that the State was required to allege in the indictment only that a defendant transferred marijuana to another person.
