Opinion by
Plaintiff, a corporation, instituted an action in trespass against twenty-two defendants. Plaintiff in its statement of claim alleged that it orally or in writing contracted with several of the defendants for the furnishing of music for dancing at the plaintiff’s Eddyside pavilion on various dates in 1939, and that defendants, individually or acting in combinations of two or more, unlawfully and maliciously induced the breach of these contracts on or about May 12, 1939.
