This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Clermont County which dismissed the complaint of Henry E. Crist (appellant). The complaint is an appeal from the decision of the board of township trustees of Union Township, whereby that board granted an application, as modified, of one Arthur Wiedenbein, a defendant (appellee) to rezone a portion of his real estate from a residential classification to a commercial classification.
