OPINION OF THE COURT

John Di Noto, J.

This is an action by plaintiff Central General Hospital, as assignee, against Allstate Insurance Company, defendant insurer, under the no-fault provisions of the Insurance Law, based upon a claim for unpaid hospital bills for medical treatment rendered to three patients at plaintiff hospital.

The instant proceeding is a trial de novo of the aforesaid claims. The plaintiff initially commenced the action in this court on or about October 21, 1983, to recover payment for 12 unpaid hospital bills. The complaint sets forth 12 causes of action, each cause of…
