People v. Brown

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Turner, Jr., J.), rendered November 23, 1992, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

In satisfaction of an indictment charging him with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.
