—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Irene Duffy, J.), rendered September 14, 1992, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 6 years to life, unanimously modified, on the law, the conviction is reduced to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and the defendant is remanded for resentencing in accordance herewith.
