OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

Respondent David N. Brockett was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York by the First Judicial Department on March 22, 1982 as David Nelson Brockett, and at all *163times pertinent to this proceeding has maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.

By order entered June 13, 1995 (211 AD2d 282) this Court suspended respondent from the practice of law, and thereafter disbarred him upon his default in that proceeding (225 AD2d 96), arising from his alleged failure to appear in a Connecticut Superior Court matter regarding his…
