Mrs. Minnie Davis brought an action against the estate of her deceased mother, Mrs. Ellen Roddy, to compel the specific performance of an oral contract for the conveyance of a forty-acre tract of land, said to have been entered into by Mrs. Roddy and her daughter in July, 1910.
