The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for injuries suffered when the automobile in which he was riding as a passenger for hire, driven by the defendant White, came into collision with an automobile driven by the defendant Bushnell. White filed a cross-complaint against Bushnell and Bushnell filed one against White. The jury rendered verdicts that the plaintiff recover damages against Bushnell alone, that the defendant White recover damages against the defendant Bushnell and for the defendant White upon Bushnell’s cross-complaint against him.
