OPINION

HALBROOKS, Judge.

In this probate matter, the testator’s will contained a provision entitling respondent to funds for each month that the respondent cared for the testator before the testator died. Appellant personal representative argued that the devise was to be satisfied by the proceeds from specific real estate and that the devise was adeemed by extinction when the named real estate was sold and its proceeds used to purchase different property before the testator’s death.
