AVIS, District Judge.

The bill of complaint is filed by and on behalf of Ellis H. Parker and Ellis H. Parker, Jr., against whom an indictment has been returned by the grand jury of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and upon which indictment application had been made by the authorities of that district to the authorities of the District of New Jersey for the removal of said Parkers to the Eastern District of New York for the purposes of trial.
