MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO REMAND FILES

NEWMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs’ motion to remand the files in this case to the Southern District of Florida presents this Court with a jurisdictional conundrum. Plaintiffs filed the suit in the Southern District of Florida, alleging patent infringement by defendant United Aircraft Corporation and nine airline defendants, which are customers of United Aircraft.
