CIRILLO, Judge:

On June 9, 1972 the appellant, represented by counsel, entered a negotiated guilty plea for three years probation on charges of burglary, assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest. Judge Mirarchi accepted the plea and advised the appellant of his right to appeal and the grounds *303upon which such an appeal could be made. On November 20, 1973 appellant appeared before Judge Mirarchi in violation of his probation. He was sentenced to a new probationary term.
