PIVARNIK, Justice.

Appellant-Petitioner Brian Cambridge was convicted for attempted murder and sentenced to thirty (80) years imprisonment. Upon appeal to this Court his conviction was affirmed. Cambridge v. State, (1981) Ind., 428 N.E.2d 1252, reh. denied. Appellant filed a petition for post-conviection relief under Ind.RP.C. 1, which was denied December 15, 1983. He now appeals denial of that petition.

Petitioner's sole assertion on this appeal is that the trial court erroneously found the issue presented for post-conviction relief barred by res judicata.
