The petition of plaintiff alleges that the city of Wauwatosa has a zoning ordinance which establishes a “B” ■district in which no more than duplex apartments are permitted. The ordinance also provides that the lawful use of a building existing at the time of the enactment of the ordinance may be continued although such use does not conform to the ordinance, but that such nonconforming use may not be extended.
