MAGER, Judge.

Appellants-plaintiffs, Mary E. Crowe and Ralph J. Crowe, appeal a final judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict in their favor in an action for damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by appellants-plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs were dissatisfied with the amount of the jury verdict which found liability to be with the appellees-defend-ants, Overland Hauling, Inc., and Clarence Warren Fisher, and moved for a new trial, which motion was denied in the order granting final judgment.1 The thrust of this appeal is the trial judge’s adverse ruling on the admissibility of…
