I dissent from the denial of plaintiff’s application for certiorari for the reason that this Court cannot properly judge the merit or demerit of the application in the present posture of this case.

This case, according to the assertions of plaintiffs’ application, involves an automobile-pedestrian accident which occurred on December 31, 1974 in a residential area of the city of Alexandria, Louisiana.
