INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Daniel C. Bryndle (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action against defendant Boulevard Towers, II, LLC (“Defendant”) seeking damages for injuries Plaintiff allegedly sustained when he slipped and fell on ice located on a parking lot owned by Defendant.
