Plaintiff Allan Eka (“Eka” or “Plaintiff’) brings this employment discrimination action against his current employer, Defendant Brookdale Hospital Medical Center (“Brookdale” or “Defendant”), under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
