MEMORANDUM OPINION
BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding comes before the Court on the Complaint of Bonnie L. Roberson (Plaintiff or “Mrs. Roberson”). Mrs. Roberson requests that this Court abstain from determining the dischargeability of certain claims alleged by her against her former husband, Darrell R. Roberson (Debt- or or “Mr. Roberson”), who was granted a discharge in his Chapter 7 case November 27, 1994.
