(¶ 1} Respondent, Scott H. Ballou of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0025669, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1980. On February 19, 2004, relator, Cuyahoga County Bar Association, charged in an amended complaint that respondent had engaged in professional misconduct.
