HENLEY, Judge.

This is an original proceeding in prohibition commenced in the St. Louis Court of Appeals 1 attacking the jurisdiction of respondent to proceed in an action by the State of Missouri on the relation of its attorney general against relators, thirty state banks, and others. The court of appeals issued its preliminary rule but thereafter, by opinion, quashed it. On motion of relators we ordered the case transferred to this court for final determination. We consider the case the same as one that had been commenced as an original proceeding in this court. Article V, §§ 4 and 10,…
