Plaintiffs-Appellants Earl Honbo (Earl) and Karen Honbo 2 (collectively, Plaintiffs) appeal the First Circuit Court’s April 26, 1996 Final Judgment that dismissed all claims against Defendants-Appellees Hawaiian Insurance & Guaranty Co., Ltd. (HIG) and Hawaiian Insurance Guaranty Association (HIGA) (collectively, Defendants) pursuant to the January 9, 1996 and February 15, 1996 orders granting Defendants’ motions for summary judgment.
