MEMORANDUM ORDER
DEBORAH ANN ROBINSON, United States Magistrate Judge.
Two motions which concern the conduct of discovery are pending for determination by the undersigned: (1) defendants’ Motion to District Judge to Stay Magistrate Judge’s Orders (Docket No. 34), and (2) defendants’ Motion for Recusal of Magistrate Judge (Docket No. 35).
