O’NIELL, Chief Justice.

This is a suit for disability insurance provided for in three life insurance policies. In fact there were six suits, which were consolidated and dealt with as one suit. The plaintiff claims that he was stricken with angina pectoris, causing frequent, violent and painful paroxysms, and total and permanent disability, and preventing him from performing any work for compensation or profit, or from following any gainful occupation.
