LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

After entering into a plea agreement that obligated him to cooperate in an ongoing drug trafficking investigation, Keith Allen Cox pleaded guilty to one count of distributing cocaine and one count of conspiring to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Cox appeals both his conviction and sentence, arguing that his breach of the cooperation clause voided the plea agreement, that statements he made while cooperating were improperly used to determine his sentence, and that the district court erred in enhancing his base offense level…
