Plaintiff in error, Harry Lemblce, was indicted in the circuit court of Winnebago county for the crime of receiving stolen property July 25, 1924, knowing the same to have been stolen. His trial resulted in a verdict of guilty as charged in the indictment and he was sentenced to the penitentiary for an indeterminate term.
