I. Introduction
By notices of motion dated November 23, 2009 (Docket Items 13 and 14), plain tiffs move, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 and 20 U.S.C. § 1415(i)(3), for summary judgment awarding attorney’s fees and costs of $21,155.00. For the reasons set forth below, plaintiffs’ motions are granted.
