OPINION

GUADALUPE RIVERA, Justice.

E.A., a juvenile, was adjudicated as having engaged in delinquent conduct after a jury found he had committed the offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony. After finding a disposition should be made, the jury assessed a determinate sentence often years’ commitment to the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. E.A. appeals from the adjudication and disposition orders. E.A. raises two issues for our review. We affirm.
