MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALBRITTON, Chief Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This case is before the court on appeal from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama, Case No. 94-1348-WRS. On October 24, 2000, the bankruptcy court issued an order holding that Golden Peanut Company (“Golden Peanut”) was not divested of its judgment lien by confirmation of the Chapter 12 plan of the debtor, Herbert Holloway (“Holloway”). 1 Holloway appeals the bankruptcy court’s decision to this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a).
