The court has before it the applications of various entities seeking compensation and/or reimbursement of expenses from the Chapter 11 estates of General Oil Distributors, Inc. (“General Oil”), Inwood Petroleum Corp., Wechter Petroleum Corp., and Southville Industries, Inc. (collectively referred to herein as “the debtors”). Gulf Oil Corp. (“Gulf”) and Crown Petroleum Corp.
