This is a forcible entry and detainer proceeding in which the defendant Horton recovered a judgment in the trial court, to reverse which the plaintiffs have perfected this appeal. The premises in question were formerly owned by one Eacine, who entered into the lease involved in this case with the defendant on May 1, 1914, for a period of ten years.
