POPE, Justice.
This is an appeal from a temporary injunction issued by the District Court of *556Duval County, which restrains Gordon Gibson, an attorney, and three county commissioners from enforcing any part of a contract between Gibson and Duval County; enjoins the prosecution of -a suit on behalf of Duval County in the District Court of Webb County, and restrains them from interfering with similar suits previously filed in LaSalle and Jim Wells Counties by the District Attorney and others.
