Court.

The bill in this, case was filed for the construction of the will of John L. HieodenxuS’, late of Washington County, de ceased. The Court sustained a demurrer to the whole bill, and from its order dismissing the bill, the complainant has prosecuted this appeal.

Mr. Nicodemus died on July 30, 3915. His will was dated May 2nd, 1889, and to which there was one codicil bearing date November 10, 1910. His will and codicil were admitted to probate by the Orphans’ Court, of Washington County, and letters testamentary upon his estate were granted to Charles Edward Hilliard. Mr. Nicodemus created…
