Peter DeKam and fifteen others, tax-payers of the city of Streator, filed their bill on behalf of all other tax-payers as well as themselves, in the circuit court of LaSalle county, against the city, its officers and G. L. Clausen, to restrain the city and its officers from paying any further sums of money to Clausen in accordance with the terms of certain contracts theretofore entered into between the city and Clausen whereby he undertook to design a sewer system for the city.
