Appeal from an order of the County Court of Essex County (Meyer, J.), entered June 2, 2009, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictments.

A grand jury returned three indictments charging defendant with various drug-related crimes stemming from three alleged sales of cocaine to a confidential informant.
