delivered the opinion of the court: At issue on appeal is: (1) whether the trial court erred in denying defendant’s motion to quash arrest and suppress evidence; (2) whether the trial court improperly admitted polygraph evidence during the hearing on the motion to quash arrest and suppress evidence; (3) whether the evidence supports defendant’s conviction for first degree murder; (4) whether defendant was proven guilty of aggravated criminal sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt; and (5) whether defendant’s aggregate 100-year sentence was excessive. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
