The complications in the interpretation of the will of the testator have been the subject of a prior decision of the Surrogate, which was affirmed by the Appellate Division. (Matter of Campbell, N. Y. L. J. Feb. 8, 1936, p. 721; affd., 251 App. Div. 820.) Additional questions are raised in the pending proceeding for construction. Certain of them were disposed of by my preliminary decision, (N.
