The plaintiffs’ (“the Parsons”) claims arise from an altercation between plaintiff Nicholas Parsons (“Nicholas”) and the defendant Tyler Willette (“Tyler”) at the John W. Wynn Middle School in Tewksbury, Massachusetts (“Wynn School”), and the events preceding the altercation.
