OPINION

Nicholas Zaika, a citizen of Michigan, brings this diversity action against Del E. Webb Corporation, an Arizona corporation; Sahara-Nevada Corporation, a Nevada corporation; and Consolidated Casino Corporation, a Nevada corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Corporate Defendants”). Plaintiff also brings this action against Thurman L. Spach and Edward M. Nigro (hereinafter referred to as the “Individual Defendants”).
