Thomas E. Eckert appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of one count of armed robbery, threat of force, as party to a crime, contrary to §§ 943.32(l)(b) and (2), and 939.05, Stats. He also appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion, which alleged ineffective assistance, and newly discovered evidence.
