MEMORANDUM

I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Joseph Braunstein, the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) of the estate of David George Akillian (the “Debtor” or “George”). The Defendant, Michael Haig Akillian, the Debtor’s brother (the “Defendant” or “Michael”), filed an Objection to the Trustee’s Motion.
