JONES, District Judge:

Gary Giovon Lynn pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922 (g)(l), 924(a)(2). The district court sentenced Lynn to 120 months' imprisonment. On appeal, counsel filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 , 87 S.Ct. 1396 , 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), questioning whether the district court erred in applying a cross-reference to the attempted murder Sentencing Guideline.
