The Court of Civil Appeals affirmed, without an opinion, the summary judgment entered by the Houston Circuit Court in favor of Bennie Gibbs in the action Gibbs filed against Hurbert Maiers and Melissa Maiers pursuant to the Alabama Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, § 35-9A-101 et seq., Ala.Code 1975 (“the Act”), which became effective January 1, 2007.
