The following statement and questions have been certified to this court by the Court of Civil Appeals for the Third Supreme Judicial District:

Appellant brought this suit on a promissory note, making Sam Fovich, B. Fovich & Bro., I. M. Pearlstone & Son, and Lewis Bros, defendants, said two firms being sued as endorsers.
