Appellants sued appellee railroad company upon a complaint consisting of three paragraphs, the first of which alleges, substantially, the following facts: The appellee is a railroad corporation operating a line of railway from the city of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, to the city of Chicago, Illinois, running through the town of Crown Point, Lake county, Indiana. The appellants are the owners in fee simple of certain described real estate situated in Young’s *440first addition to said town of Crown Point.
