This is a review of a court of appeals’ decision, State v. Montgomery, 142 Wis. 2d 707, 419 N.W.2d 316 (Ct. App. 1987), which reversed an order of the circuit court for Rock county, Honorable Edwin C. Dahlberg, judge. The decision directed the circuit court to grant Defendant’s, Terrance Montgomery’s, (Montgomery) motion to dismiss the criminal complaint charging him with sexual assault, kidnapping, and false imprisonment, committed while he was a juvenile.
