Elsasser v. Szymanski

Opal L. Elsasser brought this action in the district court for Douglas County against William A. Szymanski and Elizabeth L. Szymanski. The purpose of the action is to have judicially determined the boundary line between the parties’ adjoining properties located in Omaha.
