KEETON, District Judge.
In this civil action, plaintiff has alleged that defendants violated various provisions of federal and state law, including federal securities law, RICO, and state, consumer protection law. Plaintiff also seeks to represent a putative class of similarly situated individuals with similar claims against defendants.
